cause of Mac OS, there isn't suppose to have any fragmentation on Mac hard drive so it shouldn't slow your ibook.

my ipod is broken since last week, the moron at the genius bar said he fixed it, it broke like 40 min after i left so i don't know how many song. and the shuffle i use for running can't handle much, it's only a shuffle and i load it with different stuff about every other day. but it's a 20 gig so was pretty full. i have 17315 songs on Itunes though
