ack! i'm amped. wish everyone here coulda been in the apple when BlackStar rocked summerstage '99, that was completely fucking bananas. beautiful day, mos and kwa killed it, crowd went ape when they did respiration, it was all love. i could see sidestage, and spotted posdnous, with his little baby daughter in his arms, and next to him erykah badu, eating a giant hunk of watermelon, dancin around. it was mad hot that day. sticky hot. but when respiration came on, it went straight to breezy.
