first of all, the site is entirely in japanese. that sort of gives the idea that they operate in Japan. if you're unsure, e-mail them.

secondly, theres thread at the top of this page titled "SMALL QUESTIONS".

if they dont ship outside japan, there are also several members providing shopping and forwarding services from Japan. you can find these in supermarket and in the online stores -thread.
