45rpm Jomon Sizing-- Help!

I just recieved a pair yesterday and it seems to be stretching fairly fast.. I'm normally a size 30, but I ordered the 31 because I was afraid that it would shrink. Obviously, they wont' shrink becuase they are ow ( one wash ) denims. If you've had experience with Jomons, do they stretch quite a bit? Should I exchange my pair for a size down or so? I would appreciate your feedback on this. Thank you!

People say to size down on Sorahiko's, I'd assume the same for Jomons (and no, I don't own any). I definitely don't think you should've sized up though.

i'd exchange for a 29 from what everyone says here.

Get a 29 or a 30 depending on how you want them to fit. Sizing up will result in an "oversized" fit and that's not what you were looking for, I think.

Frankly, based on the stellar review on the forums, I bought this jeans blind. I've never seen it in person and just corresponded with the New York store. They are giving me 7 days upon shipment to exchange/return. I don't know how they're suppose to fit-- but the 31s are on my hips now and seem 'roomy' around my crotch and glutes. Are they suppose to be snug or slightly loose? I was under the impression that they fit like levi 501s. Thanks.

It was actually fine when I first tried it on, but it stretched considerably. I was just wondering if they were suppose to strectch some more. I was reading previous post from partytaco and I think his 28 eventually became a size 31. I'll probably exchange them. Thanks.
