Im pretty much just preaching to the choir now but I read shingeki no kyojin over the weekend and I really enjoyed it. The pacing is great.

I usually skip animes adaptations cuz I feel like they're watered down, but I'll wait a while and see what you guys think

I've been following it for a while now, re-reading every so often (especially after the fucking insanity in the latest chapters), and I can say that it hasn't been watered down in the slightest. I personally like the new emotions evoked from hearing the characters voices and especially the musical accompaniment. Should at least check out the first episode imo.

Updated myself on the latest chapter of Aku no Hana since I haven't read in months, and hoooly shit.

So much progression since I last read it.

Apparently new chapter is going to be posted tomorrow, so I'm excited to see how it'll go from here.

Also the anime rotoscoping style isn't too bad. I don't really mind it at all to be honest.

Alright so, I just got finished watching the 2 episodes of Suisei no Gargantia out so far. (Link will take you to the preview)

And I've got to say that so far it's amazing.

The plot looks very interesting, animation is very solid, and they are really good at ending an episode.

I'm definitely sticking to this series this season. I'm not usually one to like action-oriented animes either.

Also keep in mind this has Urobutcher in the shadows, so expect something fucked up to most likely happen.

latest aku no hana took a turn for the slice of life-ish, which I'm personally not into.

Definitely a lot less dark undertones than before, but at the same time gives the feels like its being set up for something else. which I hope is the return of dat bad bitch NAKAMURA.

To me he's pulling that classic Hero Villian shit. Like, he's the only one who can destroy Konoha and will team up with the good guys to make sure that no one else does it.

despite initial reservations it proved to be enjoyable plus i can see how they're pushing for character development or something. faithfulness to the manga should be out of the question by this point in time (which reminds me that i should get back to reading... later)

If i remember you can start off from where the show left off it's pretty spot on. But the manga is still really good and I recommend reading it from the beginning, it goes by pretty quickly.

Did anyone see that Kishimoto is previewing his new manga soon? This means naruto is really coming to an end....

A little more bitter than sweet as naruto is leaving me with a bitter taste

Hopefully his new manga can capture what made naruto good (for the majority of it)
