No I think only insurance agents do that.

I think untucked shirt would work better though, roll ups are really informal and relaxed whereas tucked in and fully buttoned is really formal and it's clashing instead of contrasting like I think you intended it.

I would unbutton 2 or 3 buttons on the shirt. As much of a don't its for sufu, theres something I love about the Tom Ford look. Also I think the air tie looks weird with his face shape.
