Help on GRE score reports

just wondering who is familiar with requesting and sending the GRE general test score reports to grad schools?

I am in australia and not entirely sure how this works, i nominated 4 Universities for my score to be delievered to, but i did not specify the department code, so will that be fine?

Also, why do they make it so troublsm to purchase additional score reports? an online system would be great but instead, i've got to call or mail (and both takes more than 10 days)

Last question, other than specifiying the University code, i also need to indicate the department code or the school code, right?
