I love my rescues, so i want my next jeans to fit like them.

Are there any jappanese jeans that fit like the rescue, but with a lower rise?

What's the closest thing?

I don't know how Rescues (APC?) fit, but if you look into Oni, you should know that Oni Reds are a loose cut with a regular waist. They fit almost exactly like STF 501s. I don't know about the Blue cut, BiG says it's a normal fit.

you ask for an apc cut that is similar to a japanese cut. the rescue cut is pretty much a standard cut for every jean company. not too baggy, not too tight, just basic straight leg cut. oni blue is my best guess. off the top of my head, every japanese company has a cut similar to rescues, SDA's, Oni's, Burgus, etc. It's really hard to be specific when its such a generic cut, sorry.
