I'm going to Berlin for christmas and new years and was thinking of buying a sinn watch if they were cheaper over there. Any one know if they're readily available and cheaper than online ?

The weak dollar really messes things up. About 3 years back my family went to Switzerland and the watches we were looking at weren't much cheaper. Especially because in Socal you can get many pieces for 30% less if you pay cash, now a days cash isn't even necessary. I know this is not exclusive to Socal, but DAMN I just realized that you asked about Sinn. Yeah, Sinn (Bell & Ross) should definitely be cheaper. Pick up the Sinn 142 Titanium.

From what I understand, it's not alawys cheaper to buy it in the country of origin like you'd expect. My 656 is being repaired right now at RPM in Pennsylvania. Hope to get it back soon. I'd suggest getting a Sinn no matter where it's from (as long as it's authorized). It's a heck of a watch and if you are about being unique (and you should being on SuFu), then it sure beats the Movado, Nixons and U-Boats that these cats think are the shit.
