These are great bootcut trousers that are made of a cool twill type material. The color is a darker shade of grey.

Cool rear pockets, neat contrasting beltline material. Quality fabric.

I've worn these a fair amount, haven't washed them overly so. I had them professionally hemmed. There are no tears or stains on these pants at all. The rear pocket pic is the best indicator of color.
