Is laden with awesomely long ass threads.

I think they rule the internet in terms of creating memes and such.

I mean they had a thread called "be a man" where everyone contributed (a line of lyrics each person and using pictures as well) and completed the whole song from Mulan.

But a more scary example is the way they can chase down certain people like amateur net-porn stars and look up their myspace, find people who know them personally who post on the boards, reveal said secret life to families/friends/boyfriends, and basically do a meta-internet-stalk deal.
