Ironically, since increasing my workout regime, I have gotten leaner at the waist. Probably a size 28/29 now (Jean sizing wise)

I think there's some confusion about the listing; a size 46 euro is a size 30 for jeans not 36. Additionnally the waist measurements would lead us to believe they're 25.5" but I'm assuming they're really 30 because you mentionned they're slightly too big for you and you're now a 28-29 (size 44 euro=29, size 46 euro=30).

Interestingly enough if you're 5'8" you're my long lost twin; we wear the same jacket size and I'm a 29-30 that gets down to a 28-29 when working out.

Yep, thats correct. When I say a 46/36, this is the standard sizing used for garments. But since they are jeans, its also reflects a 30X34 for jean sizing (to my best approx.). I 'm a little shorter 5`7`` and I tend to allow the jeans to bunch up at the ankles.
