hey guys, i couldnt find a post about this question, so...how dou you wash your heavy waxed jeans, like the strip or luster waxed, the reissued ones or the SS07 gold waxed ones? And does anyone have washing experiences with the strip destroyed?

I mean, these are quite different to the lightly coated ones like the sharp notation etc. the wax could come of when washing. i asked on other places and the most common answer was: only strict cold hand wash. some even didnt wash them at all.

I dont know how to wash my strip destroyed as it seem to be quite fragile compared to a raw. and i dont own a dior raw denim, only several washed waxed jeans.

so please share your experiences with me

don't the heavy waxed jeans say "dry clean only" on their tags?

well my luster reissued from AW07 says: do not dry clean! and it has the washing sign with 30degree.

the SSo7 gold waxed says nothing about dry clean but has the 40degree washing sign...

but i dont trust this signs. i need some experience

sufu likes what sufu likes... not because it's right or better

but if you happened to take a glance at any of the previous posts which it seems like you did, the MIJ's cost more because they are of better quality. if you are spending $255 on jeans, why not spend the extra dough and get the better quality one?

They're beige (or khaki) colored cords, but they have a cool shine to them.

As I wrote in the first post, without a measurement of your jeans laid flat, saying size 32-33 doesn't help.

Dior is out of stock of the grey raws, but I have them in size 28, 32, 33 and 34, 21cm only.

I recently bought a pair of raw indigo 19cm from thegrapist, but i only had the guts to try it on once at home...Not planning to wear it officially yet.. For future reference, can someone tell me whether it dmgs the jeans to wear it when it is snowing/raining?

I just got a pair of 30 19cm mij raw from thegrapist, and it looks great. However, I was told that, the first time you wear it, you're suppose to feel discomfort and tight (as much as major difficulty in taking off the buttons). My thighs and knees, etc are perfect, but i can easily push the jeans down to my hips, and can even stick like 4 fingers through if i want to. The jeans wouldnt get loose on it's own, but the comfort makes me question whether I am fit for a smaller size.

My true waist is 31.5, and my hips(where I wear it) is about 34.5

I thought that 30 would the optimized choice for me, since 30=32 true size + 2 from stretch = 34 = my hips. But its my first time wearing it, and I can wear i on my hips. Can someone tell me if this is normal? It looks fit, but it feels too good for the first time.

yes, size down 1 would look better imo. But it all depends on what look you want. Some like it baggy like kanye:)
