ebay... however the really good ones ie. vintage will run you around ~300-500+$. they are fucking sweet as though. cheap ones are 'cheap', you can also get those on ebay for like $5.

i have this DH cigarette holder

it's just a little stiff leather thing that protects a softpack nicely, but I doubt this is what you're talking about. I'm sorry I don't read details mag was this in the current issue? Anyway you can scan the photo or find a link, I am not familiar with a hard-cased DH cigarette case but would love to be proven wrong
