shrinking without fading

anyone have experience with this? i have a pair of 5EP one wash jeans that are great and well worn in, but i've since lost some weight and they're a little too big for me now. i'd like to keep them and hopefully be able to get that shrinkage that i never really got before because i was just soaking them cold for a few minutes, but i don't want to ruin the indigo.

i dont think 5ep jeans shrink, and you won't lose too much indigo (almost nothing probably) as long as you don't move it around

just hot machine wash them inside-out already; they are quality jeans, they won't drown and die instantly
