FS: Tricker's Navy Desert Boots, UK7.5

Bought these Tricker's desert boots a few weeks ago at Grahame Fowler in NY. Unfortunately they just don't seem to fit after all. I've worn them roughly a dozen times, no more. Original box, dust bags, wrapping cloth all included.
