For sale is the Okayama based Japan Blue Denim, model JB0401 Tapered 14.8oz rigid indigo, sizes available 30/31/33.

14.8oz U.S cotton is used in order to create a more rugged jeans model like this JB0401. By spinning rough American cotton, and increasing the strength of the yarn, nice texture will be produced , as well as nice deep color. Warp yarn is rope dyed to the core with indigo blue. By doing this, the yarn ages to a very beautiful blue.

Brand new unwashed JB0401 are with about 3% shrinkage upon washing. Actual measurement please refer to the table below:
