FS - Rogue Guada Men's Moc-Toe Brown Boot - Sz 12US/46EU - $70 - Similar to Red Wings

For sale is a pair of lightly worn Men's Rogue Guada boots. I bought these in the middle of last winter at Sak's on clearance, and wore them ~ 15 times, and decided they are slightly too big. I think they look quite sharp, kind of like a slightly more refined Red Wing style no. 1907 Moc Toe Heritage boot.

They show light signs of use, but don't smell, definitely have a bit more breaking in to do, and don't have many scratches on the exterior (main one would be on one of the toes, from kicking a stair once by accident).

I've never gotten them dirty, except for walking on dirt (that sounds like an oxymoron I realize, but bottom of the sole only).

Another note: the insole is just a tad short, making a ever so slight gap with the front of the foot, which likely won't effect it too much (I didn't realize until I stuck my hand in, and then realized they were too big).

I typically wear a 12 us/45-46 EU, occasionally a 12.5 in Nikes, but these are a tad too large, plus I have really thin legs, so that doesn't help fill any volume of the boot shafts.

Retail on the box was ~$300-350 (who pays retail though). I paid $165 at Sak's hoping I'd hang on to these for quite a few years. I'm looking for $70, if that sounds reasonable. Original box included.
