Not sure if you guys/gals read this quote by Owen Wilson but I thought you'd get a kick out of it:

"Che Guevara was a cool figure, but now, a Che shirt is like the thinking man's Von Dutch"

Owen gets the fuck down!

Che is about as played as a fucking monkey graphic.

I was at winners today (like Ross or TJ Maxx, but in Canada) and they had MADDDDD che shirts, short sleeve button ups with the che head printed all over with CUBAN REVOLUTION on the breast, like 8 different styles.

Shit is fire! I copped like 12 shirts!

fuck around and get your waffle split

hmm...wonder how far it'll go...if the collab. is done properly it'll be great to see

but if it's a wack-shit job. it'll be a disgrace. maybe the commercial world should just let him rest.

well, think we've seen too many collabs and it's not getting very exciting?? thanks for the info, dR

Quote:

Rage Against the Machine started it when I was in 7th grade.

They've had Che shirts in fucking Gadzooks since '95 at least.

Was it rage against the machine that started back when you were in junior highschool?

because i was thinking there were a few people in the sixties with them.

and then from viewing old tapes people in the seventies had them.

and now looking back on my photos from my birthday as a young child (eighties) people are pictured wearing them too. but i guess you are right in saying that a fuckface band in the nineties started it all. i see it now it all is making sense.

Oh shit it's the semantics police!!

Ok Rage Against the Machine POPULARIZED it. Is that better, professor?

And you are lying about seeing Che shirts at your 4th birthday party.

as i am liring about watching videos from the 70s and sixties, but it makes for a nice story. (and is accurate and relevant)

and if i could be the semantic once more here they did not popularise it!

you could argue that they introduced it to a different demographic but that is all.

ok then good day

well...whoever wore them first, biggies to them.

for us, like what krush said, let's pray that 'the' apocalypse won't happen.

if it does, owen and the glams will def. stock'em up. let's wait & see...it'll be interesting

to see the outcome and who's wearing* it. icon_smile_wink.gif

the term/word 'rock' is improper to be used in this message.

therefore, the appropriate word, 'wearing' was chosen and replaced with.

application rejected due to the direct representation to mr.'the thinking man's shirt' owen

and the glam factors.WARNING! there is no 'rock' in the glam-glam world.
