they dont necessarily have to be slim, but they definitely must be tapered.

Slim is like SC 47s or other similar repros...the leg is slim. Skinny is like anything with a 7inch hem or smaller I guess...easier to tell if it is skinny by how it looks but when you see it you can definitely decipher the difference between slim and skinny. Keri...nice pick on the ass huggers.

right now, i'm digging jeans that are slimmish and slightly tapered, with what people would probably consider a medium rise. i've read somewhere that asians tend to have "long" asses, and i find that to be true in my case, so no low-rise for me.

Technically I like straight the best, but boot works best on my legs. I have short legs, big thighs, small feet, and my calves boomerang out so anything skinny-to-straight is mediocre-looking at best.

into the equation, because I think Low Rise is the mark of Satan, and although 'straight leg' is my favourite I wouldnt touch a pair with a barge pole if they were low rise, no matter how much I liked everything else about them!

thank you, sir. i also picked up a uniqlo shuttle denim dead stock while i was at it. but i think i'm going to stop now, for a little while.

but going back to the thread topic, although my apc ns is coming along nicely (3 months in), i now notice that cuts like 45rpm umiis and sda 003s fit me better. should i finish what i started first, or move right on to jeans that are more comfortable and probably make me look better?

i prefer baggy jeans and picked up a pair of SC 47 2 weeks ago and i find them almost too baggy (and way to long, need to have them hemmed, anyone know somebody in Montreal who could do the job???).
