I just scratched/cut my redwings on the edge of a metal desk. How can I fix this or atleast make the cut less apparent? so sad

Scratch the other shoe in the same area to make it symmetrical.

^ i cant remember what happened but the whole ring post snapped off sometime ago and the parts were scattered all over. i picked up what i could find and assembled them back but some part must be missing cause it is very loose now.
