yes it's a soft shell. it's very hard to give you accurate measurements due to the way it's constructed. based on the stuff you're selling i'd say this will fit you perfectly.

pit to pit: this is exaggerated because of a middle piece of fabric and the raglan sleeves. so i'm saying about 20"

shoulder to cuff: raglan sleeve so i can't really measure this

top to bottom: 29"
