Banana Republic using raw denim excites me about as much as International Male using raw denim. Seriously, their menswear now is so f'n bad--so poorly designed, so poorly executed, so lacking in vision. There was a time several years ago when they used a lot of decent textiles--merino wools, cashmeres. You ould flip a tag and see: Made in Italy. They totally went down the shitter.
