  Bought this in Isetan in Shinjuku a couple of years ago and has never been worn. Actually can't seem to find the size on it, but should fit normal smalls to mediums. 80% cotton, 20% nylon. Great details. Can't actually remember how much I paid for it, so please let me know if the price is too steep or too low.
