What can I say ... my first foray into unsanforized denim ( Flathead Z3005 ) was a bust. I purchased this pair in brand-new condition. But after 2 soaks (hot tap water for 90 minutes each and hang-dry), I came to the realization that they will never shrink enough to fit me. The measurements follow below (BiG style):

Tagged 32 x 36

If you're fond of the 50's cut and the fading properties of the Flat Head 3XXX denim, but find the arcuates less than ideal, you still have some options. By using a photo editor, I demonstrate below what can be accomplished with a seam ripper ... from a partial to a complete delete of the arcs.

If your intent is to only to display jeans in your museum, then perhaps yes.

But for individuals who actually want to wear this pair, they know exactly what they are getting.

As an aside, the pre-soak measurements follow below:
