wtb: thom browne tricolor placket oxford size 0 or 1

my chest measures around 18inch, so i think it's a size 0 or 1. preferably white, grey, or sky blue with grosgrain-lined placket. tricolor or navy or dark grey grosgrain. would love some TB cable cardigans.

also want some christian louboutin fred oxford shoes in eu size 40-41 or around usa size 9.5. the brand is a female shoesmaker, so don't know how's the sizing. i need a 28cm insole, that i know for sure. going to wear it for internship/clinical practice, so only colors like black or burgundy etc.

and need more shirts and some tee for casual wear, so some givenchy spring 2010 pieces

want all these in size small/xs. for the tee, white or black short sleeve is good.
