Has a couple of tiny holes at the back / bottom, and a couple of pulls on one of the shoulders. Still looks amazing. Not sure which season this is from, but it is likely a SS from the last few years, as it's much thinner than the FW ones I've seen. Straight bias seam down back.

These are women's jeans but fit completely straight like men's. See pics - I'm about 5'9" and about 155lbs. Just went with these because they were slimmer and fit better. Worn a few times, comes with original tags (retail was like $230 CAN).
