no... theyre just jeans. but if i paid 500$ for them i might be a little upset. i havent had to pay more than 20$ for my selvage yet tho, so i wouldnt care.

my girl doesnt do laundry tho, so im not worried about it.

I think the original question is rhetorical.

Of course I would not be angry if a family member threw them in the wash to help me, but I would be pissed off (not with them, but just the fact the timing of the wash may not let me get the effect I want)

Its kind of like saying all shoes are 'just shoes'.

One pair is a cheap ass pair you wear in the office etc pretty much every day, the other is a pair of Guccis (or whatever 'high end' luxury brand you like) that you buy to wear for special occassions, meals out etc and someone stands all over them

off-topic, but i hand-washed my chuck taylors last nite and scrubbed the whitewalls with a toothbrush and replaced the laces---------now they look new!

my girl don't let me wash her clothes, she gets pissed if i wash them. she's got her techniques. i'd fuck em up. she knows not to wash my jeans. we had a little sit-down talk, a heart to heart.

the easiest way to do it, insted of havign one cheap pair and one pair of "gucci" is to meet in the middle... say one pair of allen edmonds that you wear every day for 10 years.

same with jeans.
