just received my F310's in the mail today! I sized up two from my nudie RR and one up from my Duke and the fit is spot on (they had already been soaked by the first owner). Fit picks to come after work.

here is me in my average joes. these are a little slimmer than my Okinawas. I'm really having a hard time deciding which but i think if i do, this is my plan

My height: 5'4"

Weight:128-130lbs

Natural waist: 28-29

If I get the 3001= size up to 29"

If I get the F380 = actual waist size 28"

judging from your fit pics for your nudies you could probably get away wth sizing up one from those. My regular ralf fit TIGHT for the first week or two and I sized up two to get a slim/straight look without being skin tight. Ill have those pics up hopefully later tonight and I'm 6'2" about 185, a giant compared to most people on here! I'm not sure what my natural waist is but measured a couple inches below my belly button I'd say its about 34/35" or so...

I think sizing up on the average joes would have given me a somewhat baggy fit.

In the size 28s, I think it was the perfect fit because i wanted to get somewhat close to a slim,straight silhouette.

TTS AJ's are not "slim"! Size up one or two from those but be prepared for a much slimmer pair of jeans if you decide to go with the F310's... Even a size or two bigger than your AJ will be quite a bit slimmer throughout and esp. in the thighs.

ok, little update.

as I (and some people here) thought that they were a little too short i stretched the inseam from 33,75 " to 35"...(yes, did not soak them again, just stretched them dry)

for me the fit is now perfect, i was on a trip to berlin and did alot of walking so the denim got alot softer.

The sides of the stacking on my 3001's (left leg) are fading like crazy at the creases--it's only been two weeks tops. Too much friction from the stack I would assume. I hope it doesn't turn out uneven and ugly.

I think the 3001's in size 29 should fit you fine, but you should really consider the F380's. You seem a little short and stubby, no offense.

I was in a rush and just threw on the closest pair of shoes I could find and snapped a quick picture, sorry for the shitty quality, shows the fit at least... I'll try to get some better pictures up this weekend if I ever get a day off work.

My size 29 FH3001's measure out to be 31" at the waist if that makes any difference to you.
