there is no neighborhood store in HK if i'm correct. Your best bet is Juice or all the little reseller stores in Causeway bay.

juice is on patterson street in causeway bay. its on the 2nd floor of what looks like a residential bldg (but retail on the bottom few floors). look up in the windows for the row of huge bearbricks across the street from beams boy.

there's quite a lot presently at Juice...if you can handle the price tag. some stuff goes for like twice of what it sell for in Japan, and i wouldn't say that Neighborhood stuff is reasonnable here either.
