Looking to get a pair of Rick Owens Wedge Ankle Boot for my girlfriend if they're within 'attainable' price range. Please help me out.

I think she's a size 40. But im not sure how RO sizing runs. It will be appreciated if you can provide some form of measurement, preferably insole (if possible) or those of your own feet [lol] so i can compare with my gf's to see if they'll fit, since outsole measurements are useless for this.
