What exactly is that Alife next to and what does the front of the store look like?

Before they added the new clothing store next to the Rivingon Club, there was no sign or any other display for the store. Now there's a small Alife plaque displayed between the two doors of the store. Just look for 158 and hit the buzzer. You had to go into the store and through the back to get to the sale that was held this past weekend.
