FS: Size Small - Peacoats, Military shirt/jacket

I have three things I'm trying to offload. All of them are relatively new, some of them even still have the tags on them, because I've only worn them once. The others just didn't fit how I had imagine and so have only been worn two or three times.

First is the Topman Military Wool Peacoat in Grey. This one is extra small. The tags are still attached it has not been worn outside of my house. I'm asking $45.

Next is the D Collection Anderson jacket from urban outfitters. Size small, slim fitting. The second picture I added, to show the inner details. I'm asking $40 for this.

The last is an All-Son military inspired shirt/light jacket. $25 OBO.

you selling the topman peacoat because it's too small on you? i think i'm around the same size as you (5'10 130) but I usually buy medium so just wondering... measurements would be nice too.
