  11. @PrettyBoyTony Here are some janky progress pics on my 0105 super smooth. It was tough to get the true color to come through on the full length pictures - these close up shots did a better job of capturing that. About 6-7 months in with ~5 washes. I'll take some better ones down the line when I get some more wear in. Plenty of texture even with the lighter weight, enjoying them a lot so far.

  12. Everyday drivers. Right pocket shredded due to everyday pocket knife usage. Will have to repair. Rear pocket rivets trying to eat their way through. Really enjoying the weight of this denim; has truly made wearing jeans in the summer bearable. I just gave them their second wash this weekend, and here they are after air drying: I gotta figure out best way to tackle the pocket. Looks like everyone’s patch design has disappeared, so sad about it! Would be a cool graphic for Simone to put on a t-shirt though! 👀 lovely seeing all of the pics and adventures of you guys. Will try to update more

  13. Thanks...think it was last year 2024. I got it from Hoosier last May, I was in Kyoto and got some stuff from there in person -some of which was old season but that was a new arrival. Cool store to visit IRL lots of crazy older FW and Barnstormers pieces, pretty sure I saw that Lee Marvin belt the Duke made for him hanging up in there too.

  16. Two sided "The Rats Hole" Custom Chopper Show '87 single stitch T shirt with bootleg Big Daddy Rat "Fink" on a MIUSA 50/50 Screen Stars medium. Perfect fit and fade, with amazing weird graphics, multiple fonts and a subject matter to make the strs nervous. And that back hit is so good. Perfect 10/10. No notes.

  21. I thought these At Last pants that I got from Brogueshop the other day, could benefit from a proper trouser cuff, and creases. Today I tackled the job. I'd forgotten what a pain in the ass it is to do this kind of cuff, especially if there's any kind of taper to the lower leg. I'll spare you all the details. The end result look decent.

  22. I think they had a big sale of their older stuff, like 6 months ago maybe? I remember individual sizes of the wide leg jeans being listed on the website discounted like they were clearing stock. They used to sell a nice looking gansey knit, made in Suffolk I remember being tempted by. Feel like things have been on the slide for a while now though.

  23. I did say that i would help rebuild it, on one condition.. that they hand over the keys to the forum to someone who we could trust not to fuck it up again. They wouldn't .. so it died

  24. Just interesting that all WW2 models had 9-10 mm while others had thinner. most people don’t care. I prefer 7-8 mm and 4x fold instead of the typical 3. According to rockets up to late 40s it was 4x, then 3x

  27. You’re thinking of the 22501 - which is a different pair from the 22501XX, even though on paper they read identical. That model (22501) was reissued at least once Different denim, different cut/fit, seemingly modeled after different pairs of S501XX (it’s how I reason the stark differences) - these 22501XX use CSF WW2 denim, and the pair of 22501 I had used the Miura denim iirc I have the Dappers CSF S406XXX M-WW2 jacket, and CSF S406XXX M-46 jacket. I am Not sure if the Dappers collab jackets have been reissued Fit between the M-WW2 and M-46 would be the M-46 is slimmer through the chest and sleeves Photos of both: M-WW2 CSF for Dappers M-46 CSF house brand

  35. Most of their tees are a bit much. Especially the Harley tee with put something exciting between your legs and the last poke saloon. I get they’re based on old stuff but just not things I’d ever feel comfortable wearing in public especially with my wife and kids.

  37. Vintage (ish) Hakusan Megane T-Jerry's .. .. i think these were made for a period up to 2014? .. the version i wanted have this shaped hinge rivet ..the rivet was changed to (or from) a horizontal shaped rivet at some point after release.. There are far fewer examples with this^ shape so i'm inclined to think this was the first edition.. the person who i bought them from certainly thinks so and he has lots of At Last / Tenderloin goodies.. that said, there is conflicting infos online. Hakusan are one of the few who actually make their glasses by hand from start to finish at their shop in Shinjuku, they've been doing so since 1883. My pair had recently been returned to Hakusan for a polish and service. The difference between these and factory produced acetate frames is just night and day tiny Hakusan logo cast into the resin nose cushions, see what i mean about the level of craftsmanship ..beautifully made things @CSL .. sizes are below A- 142mm B- 120mm C- 12.5mm Frame Height- 46mm Lens Height- 39mm Lens Width- 49mm D- 140mm At Temples- 157mm E- 140mm
