Good clubs in Tokyo?????

Hi there,

Im wondering if anyone can recommend some good clubs in Tokyo where I may some decent music. Im into my early 90's hip hop and my ninja tune and mo'wax type beats.

Or if anyone knows of a club where Dj Yas plays regularly or where I could here some smoked out instrumental hip hop beats??

I saw Dj Krush play here about a month ago and it was so dope. I think it was "Kemuri Productions" who were playing before Krush got on and I was really feeling their shit.

Anyway, any help is really appreciated, dont know how much more snoop and pharrel I can handle.

try the Liquid Rooms in Shinjuku, that seems to be the most well known venue in Tokyo for good hip hop gigs. also, check the DJ Yas website at http://www.dj-yas.com/ for gig info, he alway seems to be playing gigs all the time.

You'll probably wanna stay away from Gas Panic, then....unless you're into Chingy,Ludacris and shit like that...

Ageha is good, just outside of Tokyo. You can get a bus from Shibuya.

Yellow is worth checking out, near Roppongi.

You'll have to check out when are hip-hop nights.

I been there when SHU-G is playing and it was tight...Early 90' old school, undergrond hip hop.

I teach english in Saitama and im leaving in a gaijin house.

I have been here 2 months and plan to stay for 12-18 months.

I really miss hearing good music at clubs because I have been going out with peole with the people that I live with and they dont listen to music i do plus i dont know where to go.

Dj Krush in Ebisu was fuckin dope though, I should have held onto the flyers they handed out. Was really feeling the beats being played before Krush got on, possibly Yas, not sure.

where in Tokyo are U going? Clubs here are pretty much all the same, but if you're over 20, don't go to Shibuya. all o'them are packed with 13yr old kids .
