Regular rise + slim fit + under $150- any brands/models?

I'm after slim-fitting jeans with a regular rise, unlike most of the slim fit denim I own/know of. I'm also hoping to find a fit with small leg openings, so a slightly tapered jean would fit the bill. In addition, I'm not really a big denim junkie, just know what kind of fit I'd feel most comfortable in, so I'm not really after blowing a load of money.

Help. Please.

A narrower leg opening would warrant the APC Cure/Narrow jean as opposed to an APC new standard.
