although not really my taste i find the fade on these jeans to be very well done.

the embroidery would be pretty cool if it was actual vintage embelishment methinks.

if i found those hanging at my local thrift i'd love em. but for $300 i dont think so.

i'm not a mod or a rocker. i'm a mocker.

I think the wash looks pretty authentic.. I wish they didn't have all that extra shit though

edit: actually just saw all the pics and I take it back.. the back looks shitty imo

honey, you're my religion

Even though you haven't yet expanded

To include a heaven after

Even though I have demanded it

Listen everyone.

Prps is manufactured on vintage Levi's looms in the countryside in Japan. The small, family run company does not produce denim for any other American brand. There is another brand that they do produce, that is SOLD in the us, but it is not American. They have a store in SoHo, NYC.

I have known the founders and designers of the brand since they began it. It took three tea ceremonies to get the Japanese family to agree to produce the jeans. Please trust. All this bickering about "no they didn't", "they are lying" all of that....forget it. You don't know what you're talking about. Everyone's real nerdy, removed, far off speculation is just annoying.

Also, the photos on coolhunting are one embellished pair, dropping Fall 2006.

There are plain, unadorned slim fits out this Spring.

Thanks, denim. I really hope he does. It would provide my hard working, premium-denim-and-contemporary-streetwear-mega-brands paid ass with some fine entertainment. He probably lives in Canada (oh wait, never mind, they have an alife now! teeheehee).

That thread you linked to was hilarious. "The integrity of this site" -- LOL. Integrity how, like "we are innocent consumers who work hard to learn about denim and we pay retail price and we're proud!" Let's all join the real world.

You're buying, you're suckered. We're all victim here, and yes plenty of us work to make the machine function.....cog in the wheel baby.

To sit around and think about who's paid to post here....ahahahahahaa. Let's just say there ain't much budget for that. Y'all are posting for free.

Keep it fresh, babies! Cha-ching!
