Hesh Selvage Hat

I have been working on a few designs for a Selvage Hat. A 5 panel in the is also in the works. I am also working on a few cuts of denim that I will update in a few days. Let me know if you think anything can be improved on.

I see that Crissyw doesn't like it, but I like the idea and creativity. The denim looks good. i would probably ease up on the exposed selvage a bit. But otherwise, it looks good.

its not that the idea was bad, actually i kind of expected something really interesting,

its just the brim of the hat being such a rectangular shape, and a shiny underside? not so sure. the idea is cool, just the execution could have been better

True the hat's not bad but the brim is donkey balls ugly.

Thanks for the feedback. I think you may be right about the brim. I just had some extra selvage laying around and some carbon fiber and some copper rivets. I wanted to keep all edges of the redline exposed. It was just a experiment. There was no way to expose the redline on the brim with out doing a square brim.

The hat it self is modeled after a old Yankee Military style hat from the 1800's. Not to many ways to do a brim with this style of hat.

I have seen baseball hats made of denim and I think those are donkey balls all the way around. At least I think this is more fitting of a design, back to the drawing board. At least it has been done and we can move on., progression,

and evolution.

crissyw I am interested in your opinion, what were you expecting? I'm interested in what you thought it would be.
