Asked another cobbler. $100 is a normal price to pay to get stacked soles added to chucks.

On the other side, it would cost about $40 to get the soles of a pair of dr martens switched for some vibram wedge soles.

i see a lot of vibram sole replacements and tbh, they look like shit. make sure you go to a competent cobbler and not some sucker.

looks good. soles need to be cleaned (or top needs to be dirtier). how much did it cost you? i was going to saw they they should have been taller, but it would prolly wouldnt look good because they're low tops.

i'll try to make my own pair once i get the foam crepe sheets.
