i'm pretty sure the original skinheads in britain were from both white and black races. they wore skin tight jeans rolled at the bottom to show off their doc marten combat boots, suspenders, tucked shirts, shaved heads, and listened to Jamaican Ska.

years later Neo-Nazi's stole the whole look and bastardized the meaning of the word Skinhead.

If there is any fashion that looks like this, more then likely referencing the original skinheads.
