Size 42 (US 9) I'd say they fit true. Most 42 on me is a just a tad big but these are perfect. Outsole measures 12" and about 4" at the widest point. If I had to guess, I'd say the insole is around 11-11.5"? Not really sure since I can't actually remove it. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
