I need to get my gf a birthday gift. I think (and she has hinted) that she needs a new bag. Problem is, I know monkey's ass about the latest trends in wimminz bagz.

So...please hit me up with some recommendations.

Ideally, it should be casual and suitable for school. So no chichi armpit bags or balenciaga totes. Preferrably a sling or messenger type bag. The ann d slouchy sling for instance is a good reference point.

I dont really have a budget yet, so just hit me with whatever you got!

anyway she's not really a superfashionista so i dont think she knows too many designers. Lately though she seems to be into alex wang. Her style icon is well...bizzy. These 2 looks in particular:

So...generic asian basically? If she's a trendwhore (no offense) buy her something with a print. If she's down with the bizzy style, grab her something that everybody else has recommended.
