How to avoid (most) Paypal fees

most of you use paypal and charge extra for the fees. there is a way to avoid most of these fees. on the bottom of the account screen, there are several links in blue. from left to right its "mobile" "mass pay". click on mass pay. follow the instructions on paypal. mass pay, enables the one paying to bypass any charges on the sellers end. instead, what happens is the buyer pays a $1 fee. thats it. this method is especially usefull when orders are over $100.

feel free to ask any questions or flame the hell out of me

But also if you're buying something with just a paypal balance, you're totally fucked, because paypal won't do shit if you get ripped off. Whereas if you use credit card through paypal, if you get ripped, you can do a chargeback.

actually, from what i've read, this is false (i've never had to do it, so i can't speak from experience)

apparently in the terms of service it states that you give up the ability to do chargebacks when you use Paypal. Ergo, the only way to get your money returned if you get fucked is through the resolution centre.

i don't know anything about official policies on this topic, but i'm pretty sure i've read about people successfully doing CC chargebacks for paypal purposes on AF.
