^ True. Should have clarified. In the U.S. no one is allowed to sell them online, but they can put up pictures on their sites and take phone orders. Jake also has several things listed. Europe is different I guess, and there are some other stores over there that are selling them online as well as Oi Polloi.

Incidentally, I've heard that new Engineered Garments/Nepenthes accounts cannot sell online either now - only previously existing accounts will be allowed.

No idea how they compare to BoO or Flat Head, but the fits are comparable to Engineered Garments. The shirts are usually try to size, but on most of the jackets people go up a size (except for the parkas and such). The Japanese stores that have sites will usually put measurements for the pieces they get in if you need to get a better idea.

I love their peacoat as well and hopefully will be getting it, anybody here tried it on and can tell how it fits? The measurements I've seen are a bit small, and I don't think a pea coat should be to tight.

On shopjake the large version measures 21" over the chest.

Jake's measurements are mostly correct on that one - I have the same jacket in the size large. Like I mentioned above, you'll probably want to size up on the outwear except for the loose parka type jackets.

Sounds great, since context is out, i'll just call around to see if there any places that might have what i'm looking for. Thanks for the heads up guys, this was very helpful.

Since we're on the subject, what do you guys think about this shirt? I wanted it but its all sold out in size small.

If anybody owns the cut and sew, how is the quality on par with other brands in this price range?

I will have to go for the Large then, thanks a lot. If it isn't to much trouble I love love if you could take a picture when wearing it? Haven't seen it on a real person yet:)

Saw a picture on the woolen mills site where its maroon color, looks damn nice to:D

I really like the "Maine Guide" jacket. Wish I could find it in a small.

There's an NWT extra small for sale on styleforum: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=76590

That is just beautiful, does anyone know anywhere that might carry this season's Upland BD shirt in red plaid?

Haven't seen it anywhere else besides Context. I assume you've already checked with other stockists listed on their site? I'm sure someone else picked it up too.

Other places that I know of that had some:

MAC, San Fransisco - dark navy wool (looks black)

August, Oakland - brown corduroy

Steven Alan, NYC stores - not sure which ones

Bloomingdales - not sure which ones either, check various locations
