some more.

* outfits made up exclusively of expensive designer clothes. sure, your marc jacobs sweater with your cdg jacket and your ndg jeans and whatever expensive shoes might look nice, but how personal is that and wheres the effort in that?

* expensive stuff in general. creating your own out of mid or low range clothes is way cooler.

* wearing whats cool. with this I dont just mean wearing Sevens because they're "cool", but also wearing sugarcanes because they're cool and "real". who cares, wear it because it looks good.

When we talk about big logo's here, is that large "Company" name's plastered on clothing yeah, what about large graphics........you cats like nice graphics right?

Personally I like good graphics.....if it doesn't involve the name prominently. A name only, big, one colour.........hell no

The fact is that these days (past 10 years actually) skating is hip. It grosses me the fuck out because it's getting raped and the branding circus is out of control. It's different than basketball or polo. If you don't understand the world of skateboard branding, trade shows, etc. don't bother to speak on it.

the fact that america is no longer a producer nation and became a consumer in the 70's... which is why you have to go and spend 300$ for japaneese levis rip offs and the same for levis lvc, which could be made here cheaply if people knew the difference between quality and hype
