No, there isn't. There are internal Levi's documents which give basic details, but nothing available to the public.

thanks alot for the response. and helping a first time poster (long time lurker)out. but being that levis doesn't release this info to the public how is one to find out information about product numbers just to get a better idea of when a certain piece was made?

peices that are not as documented as jeans.
