All of the rip-stop hats have the plastic supreme-style buckle. The rest have a leather strap.

These are ROTHCO caps I'm pretty sure. They fit better than Supreme but the quality is hit or miss depending on the cap you get. Some have leather straps and some have the clip like Supreme. I have about 5 or 6, decent hats that breathe well. Army navy stores carry them for like 6-8 bucks each.
