does anyone here occassionaly wear non-selvage denim brands?

any faves?

The only pair of jeans that i wear regurarly(?) is Nudie Slim Jim. Occasionally i wear a pair of ijin material that is non-selvage. Favourite non-selvage brand has to be Blue Blood, saw a pair that had an amazing color and feel. but I was going to cuff them and the non-selvage put me off a bit...and at 350$ you have to be sure, picked up a pair of Evisus instead.

d&g jeans, wear those a lot and there not selvage, they were pretty expensive but i really like them and they look great on me, i would normally never pay that much for a pair of jeans if they were non-selvage, but i just couldn't resist:)

I second the Blueblood mention...I love the pair I have.

The other non-selvage jeans that i wouldn't mind copping are some of the Nudie Reg Ralf washes...some are decent.

PRPS too..not all of their stuff is selvage (but not all of their stuff is nice either so...)

Nudie bootcut ola and slim jim are awesome non-selvage jeans

Pace slim is also very good

as long as the overlocking is done clean, it looks good with turnups

a jean doesnt have to be selvage to be good, for me its all about the fit, cause im a small guy 5/8 and skinny, so finding a jean that fits is more important than selvage, but thank fully there are slim fitting selvage jeans so both my prayers are answered

i just realised i don't own any selvedge denim, i have 2 pair of fake selvedge [furry edge], fake evisus from thailand, i got for free.

everytime i try on jeans to buy, something about the straight outseam on selvedge cut jeans sits wrong, so i get something else.
