What role would a PR person for an upstart apparel would play?

How much could they expect to be paid? Percentage? How much?

How much does experience in the field play as far as compensation?

Can I ask you something? These sunglasses: they're really nice. Are they like government issue, or do you guys all go to the same store together?

I'm a journo, so don't know about costs, but i do know a lot of PR companies are crap.

If I were you I'd hit up some final year PR students (just call the college) and pay them in product ... they'll be keen to put loads of effort in to help their portfolio and you'll both win ...

i work in marketing and Cue has the right idea. You both win that way. The only thing you lose/risk is the experience you would otherwise gain from someone with a few years in the industry under their belt.
