Taking Care of Visvim FTB's in wet weather

what is the best product/method for taking care of sued visvim FTB's? I live in Seattle and don't want the wet weather to prevent me from wearing these shoes 8 months out of the year!

Also, when using a product is discolouration expected and do you believe this will ruin the look of the shoe? Mille grazie.

$250 shoes and you can't even wear em in the rain

on suede shoes i always use the $4 cans of Kiwi suede/nubuck protection spray which you can get at walmart. works well and does not discolor the suede.
